Constructed in 1997, Kingston Kennels is a family owned and operated boarding and training facility designed to provide the ultimate in care for your pet.

About the Owners
Cyndy Douan, MHDL, and her husband, Jeffrey White share the responsibilities of running the kennel. Jeffrey maintains and manages the physical aspects of the facility. Cyndy trains, cares for the pets, and handles booking of reservations.
Cyndy has been a full time working dog trainer here in Georgia for 17 years, and has trained thousands of dogs in that time. Cyndy has focused her training on dealing with dogs whose behavior is problematic. She has a successful track record with problems such as house soiling, destructive chewing, hyperactivity, running away, leash pulling, chasing, barking, biting, fears and phobias, obsessive disorders, and separation anxiety. Cyndy is capable of training dogs to reliability in "off lead" situations should owners choose that level of training and control with their dogs. Cyndy is experienced in training through a variety of formats including group classes, private lessons, and boarding training. She is always willing to work with motivated and committed clients to help them achieve their training goals with their dogs.
Recently, Cyndy has earned more than 35 titles since 2002 in AKC, USDAA, ASCA, and NADAC Dog Agility Competition with four of her personally owned dogs. In addition to an interest in the sport of dog agility, Cyndy also trains for Tricks, Freestyle Dance (or Dancing with your dog), Frisbee Disc, and Pet Therapy.

About Our Training
Kingston Kennels LLC offers a variety of training services designed to meet your individual needs. From group training classes, to full boarding training programs we can find a service that will suit your needs and your training goals.

About Our Boarding
Since it's grand opening in 1997, Kingston Kennels LLC has become renowned throughout Northwest Georgia as a premier facility for pet boarding. The kennel facility was built based on the owners' ideal and dreams of a boarding facility where they would feel comfortable leaving their own beloved pets. Our kennel has cultivated a top notch group of groomers, veterinarians, trainers, and former clients who heartily recommend our service and speak the highest compliments about our facilities. Our boarding spaces always fill at least 2 months in advance for all holidays, and we are consistently operating at full capacity during the summer. Because of our poularity and the resulting high demand for our boarding service over the last decade, we now limit our boarding service to currently established clients who have boarded with us through the years, and to graduates/alumni of our dog training programs. We are now referring all new boarding clientele to our second facility, Georgia Dog Gym, in Rome, Georgia.
